const FIPS_ALGORITHMS: readonly ["ml-kem-512", "ml-kem-768", "ml-kem-1024", "ml-dsa-44", "ml-dsa-65", "ml-dsa-87"]

Algorithms standardized by NIST (FIPS 203 and FIPS 204). These are the only entries that may be cited as FIPS-conformant in compliance claims.

x-wing (X25519 + ML-KEM-768, draft-connolly-cfrg-xwing-kem-10) is a CFRG Internet-Draft construction, not a FIPS 203 algorithm. It is not listed here. Including ML-KEM-768 as one of its components does not give X-Wing FIPS 203 status — see FIPS 203 §3.3 and docs/compliance/FIPS-203-MATRIX.md §3.2.
